Where can I track my order? You will receive an email with a tracking number when your order is shipped. Simply click on "View my Order" and you will be taken to the tracking page. Or you can input the tracking number into the box above.
When Will My Order Be Processed? Upon placing your order, please allow up to 3 business days to have your order processed. Our fulfillment warehouse pack your goods and have it shipped as soon as possible. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number(if applicable) to your order.
Where is my order coming from? All orders are handled and shipped out from our warehouse in China.
How long does it take to receive my order? It usually takes 10 to 20 business days.
