We know you want your new Tophatter products ASAP (can’t blame you), so we typically ship orders within 24 to 48 hours after the order is placed. Our warehouse processes orders 7 days a week, but they can only go out Monday through Friday for shipment.
Shipment takes 10-20 days to arrive.

 This doesn’t include the normal 24-48 hours of warehouse processing time. 

Check your inbox for a shipping confirmation email, which includes a link to track your package. Still can’t find it? Just pop in your email address and order number here, and we’ll give you all the details on where your package is and when it’s expected to arrive. You can also check your order status by logging into your account.

We ship our kits from multiple printing facilities in different locations. As a result, kits within the same order may be shipped from different facilities and arrive at slightly different times.

Some items in your order may arrive before others. When this happens, it is likely that the remaining items in your order are still in transit and will arrive very soon.

Because we ship from multiple locations, your order may arrive in multiple packages. Each package is assigned a different tracking ID.

Depends on how fast you are, and how large the canvas is. Our smaller kits usually take anywhere from 6-10 hours to complete without breaks. Larger kits may take up to 20 hours to finish.
Good news: It’s super easy! When checking out, enter your code in the “Coupon Code” box under the “Order Summary” section. Click “apply” and the discount will automatically be applied toward the order total.
Unfortunately, only one coupon code may be used per order at this time.
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

 Please sent message to us when you need to return your items. Do not return the item(s) to the package's address.Once we receive your package, we will promptly process an exchange or issue a refund to your account in accordance to our return conditions.

We are very sorry to hear this, but are here to help! All OLOEE kits (excluding clearance items) come with lifetime missing diamond protection. Please reach out to info@oloee.com with your order confirmation number and missing DMC code. One of our Customer Service representatives will be able to help assist.

If you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order for a full refund for up to 50 days from the purchase date. All diamonds must be in their original, unopened packaging.
